Location needs to be field verified so that the location is not in a <br />flat or belly area of the side sewer <br />Problems Identified <br />1) Building is not protected during a storm event <br />Solution: Install Backwater Valve on side sewer <br />2) Private side sewer has lots of flat and bellies holding water <br />Solution: Excavate and re-grade/replace side sewer with adequate grade <br />3) Private side sewer has a lot of sludge build up on line, which could cause a <br />bloc:' 3ge <br />Solution: Have line jetted <br />As-Built of Sewer and Plumbing <br />See Attached <br />
