Their findings indicate that <br />installing a backwa[er valvc on your property would be beneficial. Please review the enclosed report. <br />At this time. we need vou to siqn and return the enclosed Backwater Vaive Authorization <br />Form authorizina the Citv to install a hackwater valve at �our nropertv. Once we receive <br />this sianed form we will proceed wi[h the installation. The Citv's contrador. Combined <br />Construction will be contactinq vou in Mav to schedule the work. This will reauire entrv <br />into the buildina at the above address. <br />The City will provide you on-site lraining on the operalion and maintenance of the backvaaler valve. <br />Maintenance of the valve and the plumbing, sewer, and drainage on your property are your <br />responsibility. The inspedion idenlified additional sile drainage and plumbing deficiencies in your <br />private drainage and j�lumbing sys[em. Thesc indudc: <br />• The dirt in the yard dogs lhe catch basins. <br />• UpsWirs linc should be re-lined to help extend the line o( the side sewer. It also has multlplc <br />bellies and should be jetted to clear buddup. <br />These deficiencies are your responsibility to address, as you desire.
