Owners were unaware of it and has not been maintained. <br /> Suggested Solution: Replacing the existing backwater valve <br /> 2) Site Drainage: Dirt in yard catch basins <br /> Suggested Solution: Inspect and clean as needed <br /> 3) Roof Drainage: Appear to be draining to the bay and do not tie into private sewer. There are 9 <br /> downspouts and 3 driveway drains <br />
