Enclosed is
a summary of their findings.
Our contractor found that a backwater valve is already in place at this location and is
functioning correctly. Therefore no further work was identified that would be eligible
under the backwater valve program. Their report also did not identify any other
deficiencies in your plumbing, sewer, and drainage system at this time.
Please review the report and contact us with any questions.
Storm damages related to these and other private system deficiencies are the
responsibility of the property owner. We therefore recommend that you regularly inspect
your plumbing, sewer and drainage system to ensure it is working correctly and
efficiently. You are also welcome to call us if you have any questions on maintaining your
backwater valve.
Please read over the report and if you have any questions, please contact Marla Carter
(425-257-8875, mcarterrci.everett.wa.us) or Grant Moen (425-257-8947,
gmoenwci.everett.wa.us).
Thank you for your interest in our backwater valve program.
Sincerely,
2 -Th
Mark Sadler
Maintenance Superintendent
Everett Public Works
Enclosures: Plumbing, Sewer, and Drainage Investigation Report
CITY OF EVERETT • 3200 Cedar Street • Everett, WA 98201 • (425) 257-8800 • Fax (425) 257-8882
