Please review the enclosed report. <br /> Previously,you signed the Bac4water Valve Authorization Form authorizing the City to install a <br /> backwater valve at your property. Based on the inspection report, we are proceeding with the <br /> installatlon.7he Citv's contractor Archer Construction will be contactinq�ou in March to I <br /> schedule the work.This wlll requirz some excavation on your property. <br /> The City will provide you on-site[rr ig on the operation and maintenance of the backwa[er valve. I <br /> Maintenanre oF the valve and[he ptumbi�ig, sewer, and drainage on your property are your <br /> responsiL-�lity. The inspection identified additional site drainage and plumhin9 deficiercies in your <br /> private drainaye and plumbing system. ThPse include: <br /> • Ensure ail down spouts drain away from perimeter of house.
