It turns out that it is not a wooden stake,but actually an old pipe about 2"in diameter, pointing toward the West a little bit,with an uncertain purpose. I'm concerned that removing it might cause further damage to something. .. please consider looking at it when you can and provide me with some input. After the City staff"cleared"the line yesterday,my bathtub then took 15 hours to drain,after having not been an issue before that(the issues beginning at end of August/first of September have included sewage backup into my bathtub when the washing machine drains, and clean water from the toilet overflowing onto the bathroom floor for no reason, as well as sewage overflowing into my sideyard). Won't you be glad when these ugly projects are completed? I look forward to your input and thank you for your attention.
