Exhibit A Scope of Work Task 1. Culvert Inventory&Assessments • Conduct Level A and B assessments on culverts or other structures as identified by the City in ArcMap. • Investigate potential fish passage barrier locations identified by the City in ArcMap.Conduct Level A and B assessments where appropriate. • Investigate additional fish passage barriers found in the field. • Indicate if no structure is present in a fish-bearing stream to update the City's inventory in ArcMap. Deliverables: Collect data in ESRI field maps and submit to the City.Perform Level B analyses and provide results to the City. Timeline:May—September 2022 Budget:$37,000 The number of culverts assessed per day typically varies between two and ten depending on variables including:a)the number of Level B assessments needed(i.e.the number of culverts assessed per day is inversely associated with the number of Level B assessments needed),b)the distance between culverts, c)site access and conditions,d)road type and traffic,and e)the type and number of structures at each site. Additional time is required for processing Level B data. Task 2. (Contingency)Additional Fish Passage Barrier Program Support Services At the written request of the City,Wild Fish Conservancy will provide additional technical assistance support for the fish passage program up to$10,000 of staff time and related expenses. Deliverables:As requested in writing by the City. Timeline:May—December 31,2022 Budget:$10,000 Equipment The City will provide the following equipment: • Laser rangefinder • Gravel probe WFC will provide all other equipment.The auto level,stadia rod,and iPad will be provided at the reimbursement rates identified in Exhibit C.
