Exhibit A <br /> Scope of Work <br /> Task 1. Culvert Inventory&Assessments <br /> • Conduct Level A and B assessments on culverts or other structures as identified by the City in ArcMap. <br /> • Investigate potential fish passage barrier locations identified by the City in ArcMap.Conduct Level A <br /> and B assessments where appropriate. <br /> • Investigate additional fish passage barriers found in the field. <br /> • Indicate if no structure is present in a fish-bearing stream to update the City's inventory in ArcMap. <br /> Deliverables: Collect data in ESRI field maps and submit to the City.Perform Level B analyses and <br /> provide results to the City. <br /> Timeline:May—September 2022 <br /> Budget:$37,000 <br /> The number of culverts assessed per day typically varies between two and ten depending on variables <br /> including:a)the number of Level B assessments needed(i.e.the number of culverts assessed per day is <br /> inversely associated with the number of Level B assessments needed),b)the distance between culverts, <br /> c)site access and conditions,d)road type and traffic,and e)the type and number of structures at each site. <br /> Additional time is required for processing Level B data. <br /> Task 2. (Contingency)Additional Fish Passage Barrier Program Support Services <br /> At the written request of the City,Wild Fish Conservancy will provide additional technical assistance support for the <br /> fish passage program up to$10,000 of staff time and related expenses. <br /> Deliverables:As requested in writing by the City. <br /> Timeline:May—December 31,2022 <br /> Budget:$10,000 <br /> Equipment <br /> The City will provide the following equipment: <br /> • Laser rangefinder <br /> • Gravel probe <br /> WFC will provide all other equipment.The auto level,stadia rod,and iPad will be provided at the reimbursement <br /> rates identified in Exhibit C. <br />
