l ORDINANCE Nu. 3267. An Ordinance providing for the vacation of the following described property in the City of Everett,County of Snohomish, State of Vashington, to-wit: Beginning at the southeast corner of Block 10, South Park Addition to Everett, Washington; thence westerly along the south line of said Block 10 for 90.62 feet to the T.P.0.3. ; thence continued westerly along the same straight line to a point of intersection with the north line of Lot A, Block 17, South Park Addition to Everett, ; thence northwesterly along the north line of said Lot A to the most northerly corner of said Lot A, Block 17, and the E.P.L. of Colby Avenue; thence northerly along the E.P.L. of Colby Avenue to the south line of jection 30, Township 29 north, Range 5, E.W.M. ; thence easterly along said south line Section 30 for 0.80 feet to the north line of 41st Street as platted in block 10, South Park Addition to Everett; thence southerly along the north line of 41st Street as platted in block 10, South Park Addition to Everett to the true point of beginning; less the alley in Block 10, South Park Addition to Everett. WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the pri- vate property abutting upon the portion of street above described have duly filed their petition with the City Council of Everett, praying for the vacation of said portion of street; ana WHEREAS, said City Council of the City of Everett dill, bt resolution duly adopted, fix the 29th day of December, 1949, at 10:00 o ' clock a.m. of said day for the hearing and determination of said petition; and WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of said hearing and the determination of said petition has been given by the City Clerk in the manner required by law; ana WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for hearing no per- sons appeared or made objections to the vacating of the herein de-1 scribed portion of street and no objections of any kind were made I to the granting of said petition; and r WHEREAS, the City of Everett does now own and maintain sewer lines under, over, and across property petitioned to be va- cated as above described; and WHEREAS, it now appearing to the City Council that said petition shouLd be granted and said Council does hereby determine to vacate the above described property, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the property in the City of Everett, County of 6nohomish, State of Washington, described as follows, to-wit:
