An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement 1.istrict No. 598 for the instal- lation of a trunk sewer to sewage the North portion of the City of Everett by extension of present trunk sewer located near the north line of Baker heights Housing rroject, northerly and by the construc- tion of lateral sewers in connection therewith, describing the route along which such improvement is to be constructed, describing lateral sewer locations, acquiring any necessary right of way, establishing and fixing the boundary of the district to be assessed for such im- provements, adopting the maps, plans and specifications as prepared by the engineer of the City of Everett for such improvement, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with resolution No. 5273 of the City of Everett and Ordinance No. 3183; levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts, and parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll; providing for the issuance of bonds therefore, and fixing the date of issue thereof, THE CITY OF EVERETT DUES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improve- ment District No. 598 for the installation of a trunk sewer to sewage the north portion of the City of Everett by extension of present trunk sewer located near the north line of Baker heights Lousing Project, northerly and by the construction of lateral sewers incon- nection therewith, describing the route along which such improvement is to be constructed, describing lateral sewer locations, acquiring any necessary right of way, establishing and fixing the boundary of the district to be assessed for such improvements, adopting the maps, plans, and specifications as prepared by the engineer of the City of Everett for such improvement, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5273 of the City of Everett and Ordinance No. 3183 be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2 That each of the lots, tracts, and parcels of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract, and parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same. Section 3: That the 7th day of Sept. , 1949 is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued on ac- count of said improvement. Section 4: That the sum charged against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of such sum, may be paid during the thirty-day period following the date of first publication by the Treasurer that such assessment roll has been placed in his hands for collection.
