The existing building and parking spaces present to the north of the property will <br /> remain. The access to the site will be from 40th Ave W. Frontage Improvements are also <br /> proposed long 78th St SW and 40th Ave W. <br /> Description of construction activities (example: site preparation, demolition, excavation): <br /> Prepare the site for construction by the installation of the indicated BMP's. Excavate the site for <br /> the new structures. <br /> Description of site drainage including flow from and onto adjacent properties. Must be consistent <br /> with Site Map in Appendix A: <br /> A Stormtech system SC-740 of capacity 5,504 CF will be located underneath the parking area <br /> near the northeast portion of the site is proposed to meet the flow control requirements <br /> conforming to the City of Everett requirements.
