Minimum Requirement 1 - Preparation of Stormwater Site Plans <br /> Stormwater Site Plan drawings are submitted with this Permit. <br /> Minimum Requirement 2 — Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention <br /> The Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention measures may include:storm drain inlet protection; <br /> wattles; high visibility fencing;construction road/parking area stabilization;gravel filter berm; etc. For <br /> the full breakdown of utilized BMPs for MR#2, reference the Small Project Stormwater Report attached <br /> at the end of this storm report. <br /> Minimum Requirement 3 — Source Control of Pollution <br /> The Staniford project lot 2 is a Single-Family Residence and source control BMPs are not applicable to <br /> the project. Please see the attached Small Project Stormwater Report. <br /> Minimum Requirement 4 — Preservation of Natural Drainage Systems and Outfalls <br /> Stormwater will continue to leave the site at its existing discharge location. Please refer to the Small <br /> Project Stormwater Report attached at the end of this document. <br /> Minimum Requirement 5 — On-Site Stormwater Management <br /> An on-site stormwater management plan is required for new, replaced, or new plus replaced impervious <br /> surface areas are equal to or greater than 2,000 square feet.This requirement will be met using BMPs <br /> outlined in List#1 of the Department of Ecology stormwater manual. Minimum Requirement 5 goals are <br /> to reduce stormwater runoff from the site, reduce peak flows, and treat stormwater before leaving the <br /> site to minimize the adverse impacts of development. <br /> The Staniford project lot 2 will utilize downspout full infiltration for proposed roof and driveway areas in <br /> accordance with BMP T5.10A.The proposed stormwater facility has been sized based on the proposed <br /> roof and driveway square footage listed on the plans and in the single family residential storm report. <br /> The combined total area that will route to the infiltration gallery is 2,887sf.The proposed infiltration <br /> gallery is sized 16.0'L x 20.0'W x 2.5'D. Runoff from proposed driveway area will be routed to the same <br /> infiltration gallery on the southern side of the site also fully infiltrating in accordance with BMP T5.10A. <br /> The proposed infiltration gallery will be constructed per DOE requirements,see plans attached to this <br /> storm report. <br /> iILITEAM <br />
