Please clarify the dimensions of the house. The site plan indicates the dimensions are 45'x16'-8.5", but the <br /> other sheets indicate the dimensions are 45'x 16'-8". <br /> 2. Based on the dimensions called out on the site plan, I am calculating the following for lot coverage: <br /> Front porch:36sf <br /> House:751.95 sf(I realize this could slightly change depending on the width of the house) <br /> Garage:380sf <br /> = 1,167.95sf/3,003sf=38.89%(allowed 50%). <br /> *The plans indicate the lot coverage is 1,130sf/3,003sf=37.63%. My guess is that the front porch wasn't <br /> included in the lot coverage calcs. <br /> 3. On the elevations (sheet A3.0)the top of ridge elevation is called out as 135.83'. When I subtract the average <br /> base elevation from this number I get 27.73'as the height of the house.The plans call out the height of the <br /> structure 26'-8.5",when seems to be more accurate when I scale it out. Please clarify. <br /> Garage Permit: <br /> 1. See comment 1 above. <br /> 2.
