It is unclear where the proposed mechanical equipment is to be located. Please <br /> submit plans clearly identifying the locations of the proposed mechanical equipment. <br /> The interim permit intake/resubmittal policy and permit checklists are available via the "website &online resources" link <br /> in my signature. Please submit at minimum 2 copies of any revised documents/plans.
