April 27, 2022 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 12:30 p.m., <br /> April 27, 2022, Council President Stonecipher presiding. <br /> Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members Fosse, <br /> Rhyne, Schwab, Vogeli, Zarlingo, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. <br /> On behalf of the City Council, President Stonecipher acknowledged the original <br /> inhabitants of this place, the sduhubs people, and their successors, the Tulalip <br /> Tribes. <br /> Council Member Rhyne led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the April 20, 2022, City Council meeting were approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin stated that the City is observing Workers' Memorial Day, and <br /> Council Member Fosse will be reading a proclamation under her comments. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Comments and liaison reports were provided by Council Members Fosse, Rhyne, <br /> Schwab, Vogeli, Zarlingo, Stonecipher, and Tuohy. <br /> Council Member Fosse read a proclamation recognizing April 28, 2022, as <br /> Workers' Memorial Day. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Administration had no comments. <br /> 1 <br />
