April 27, 2022 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> ELECTION —2022 COUNCIL VICE PRESIDENT <br /> President Stonecipher opened the nominations for Council Vice President for <br /> 2022. <br /> Council Member Zarlingo nominated Council Member Tuohy. <br /> Council Member Fosse nominated Council Member Rhyne. <br /> The City Clerk took the roll, and four votes were cast for Council Member Tuohy, <br /> and three votes were cast for Council Member Rhyne. <br /> Council Member Tuohy held the majority and was elected Vice President for the <br /> year 2022. <br /> RESOLUTION —ABATEMENT COSTS AT 2010 LEXINGTON AVENUE <br /> Moved by Council Member Vogeli, seconded by Council Member Schwab, to <br /> adopt Resolution No. 7769 authorizing recovery of abatement costs pursuant to <br /> EMC 1.20.090 at 2010 Lexington Avenue. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 3 <br />
