Their findings <br /> indicate tliat installing a backwater valve on your property would be beneficial. Based on the inspection report, eve are proceeding with <br /> the installation. The City's contractor, WelwesC Construction, v�ill be contacting vou in <br /> February to schedule the work. This will require some excavation on your propF-ty. <br /> The City will provide you on-site lraining on the operation and maintenance of the backwater <br /> valve.
