<br /> 3. Any repairs, installalion, removal or replacement of non•plumbing items or activities including but not limited to:
<br /> concrete, paving ,asphalt, slabs, sidevralks, driveways, pahos, pools, shrubbery, grass lawns, (ences, electrical
<br /> �viring and fixtures, paintina, decorations, plastering, sheetrock, and other�vall coverings, glass, carpentry, millwork,
<br /> ' cabinels, tloors, carpeting, floor surfaces and preparation, roofing, flashing, sheet metal gutters, dov,nspouts,
<br /> brick, stonee�ork, extension walls, steel and other trame�.vork.
<br /> 4. Damage caused to customer's plumbing system by sev,er and drain cleaning equipment vrhen such is caused by
<br /> pre-existing defects in such plumbing systems.

<br /> LIMITE� SERVICE WARRANTY ��
<br /> Apollo Plumbing, lfie franohisee, warrants, to the extent stated herein, the plumbing repai� service and drain
<br /> cleaning services fur�ished by il The staied period of �varranty commences upon installation or repair of plumbing
<br /> or upon cleaning of drains.
<br /> Purchaser understands that Apollo Plumbing's, the franchisee, liability under this warranty is limiled to repair,
<br /> replacement, re•cleaning or refund ol purchaser's money and does not exlend to properly damage resulting from
<br /> drains which become clo�ged or obsiructed or from plumbing tivork which fails during lhe agreed upon warranty
<br /> period.
<br /> This ���arranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights erhich vary (rom state to siate.
<br /> NOTICE TO OWNER
<br /> THE LAW REQUIRES THAT THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT A SWORN STATEfv1ENT OF
<br /> PERSONS FURNISHING MATERIALS AND LABOR BEFORE ANY PtiYMENT IS REQUIRED TO BE

<br /> 4. You may cancel lhis contract if it is solicited in perso�, antl you sign it, at a place olher lhan the seller's business
<br /> address, by sending no�ice ot cancellation by certified mail relum request receipt requested lo the seller at his
<br /> address which nolice shall he postmarked not later lhan midnigM of the third day (excluding Sunaays and holidays}
<br /> following your signing this contract. Ii you choose lo cancel this contracl you musl return or make available lo the
<br /> seller at U�e place oi delivery any merchandise, in its originai condition, recei��ed by you under this contract.

<br /> on the fronl side of this contract) Where required, this contractor has posled �vilh the Slate all necessary bonds or
<br /> cash deposils (or lhe purpose o( satisfying claims against the contractor for negligent or improper work or hreach of
<br /> contract in ihe conduct of the contraclor's business. This bond or cash deposit may not be su(ficient to cover a claim i
<br /> which might arise (rom ihe work done under your contract. If any supplier of materials used in your construciion
<br /> project or any employee oi the contractor or subcontractor is not paid by the conUactor or subcontractor on your
<br /> job, your property may be liened lo force paymeni. If you �;�isb additional prolection, you may request lhe coniractor
<br /> ro provitle you �vilh lhe original "lien release° documenis irom each supplier or subcontractor on your projecl. The
<br /> conlraclor is required lo provide you with (urther information about lien release documsnls ?f you request it.
