Sewer Report: <br /> Camera Access: Clean out in basement, and clean out at property line <br /> Material: Concrete <br /> Depth of side sewer exiting house: Approximateiy 8' <br /> Depth at city sewer main: Approximately 8' <br /> Does side sewer have slope: Unknown due to limited access <br /> Sewer Length: 66' to main <br /> Condition: Chunk of concrete in line. See plan view for location <br /> Any additional comments: Side sewer may need to be re-inspected once access is <br /> available to re-evaluate condition of entire side sewer <br /> Backwater Valve: <br /> Backwater Valve recommended: Yes replacement of existing valve with access <br /> Location of backwater valve: Just past basement entrance <br /> Problems Identified <br /> 1) Existing Backwater Valve does not have access to allow inspection <br /> Solution: Excavate and replace existing backwater valve with a new one <br /> 2) Basement entrance floor drain is down stream of backwater valve, this would <br /> allow surcharge to enter floor drain and potential enter basement <br /> Solution: Install check valve on floor drain. During a surcharge event water may pool <br /> up in bottom step if check valve is enacted. <br /> 3) Chunk of concrete in side sewer <br /> Solution: Either excavate or potential jetting could remove concrete chunk. <br /> 4) Side sewer was not inspected completely due to limited access, the concrete <br /> chunk could be a piece of the side sewer that has broken off and fallen into the side <br /> sewer. <br /> Solution: Inspect entire side sewer once access is restored <br /> a�� <br />
