shall not be construed as a waiver or relinquishment of such obligation or right with respect to future <br /> performance. <br /> 14.7 Headings. The headings used in these General Conditions of Contract, or any other Contract <br /> Document, are for ease of reference only and shall not in any way be construed to limit or alter the <br /> meaning of any provision. <br /> 14.8 Notice. Whenever the Contract Documents require that notice be provided to the other party, <br /> notice shall be provided consistent with Section 12.3 of the Contract. <br /> 14.9 Amendments. The Contract Documents may not be changed, altered, or amended in any way <br /> except in writing signed by a duly authorized representative of each party. <br /> 14.10 Third Parties. The obligations to be performed by the parties are intended solely for the benefit of <br /> the parties to this Contract.
