1.2.14 Contract Price is defined or described in Section 2.3.1.1 of the Contract. <br /> 1.2.15 Contract Time(s) are the dates for Substantial Completion, Acceptance and Final <br /> Completion set forth in, or calculable from, Article 6 of the Contract. <br /> 1.2.16 Cost of the Phase 2 Work is defined or described in Section 7.5 of the Contract. <br /> 1.2.17 Day or Days shall mean calendar days unless otherwise specifically noted in the Contract <br /> Documents. <br /> 1.2.18 Design-Build Team is comprised of the Design-Builder, the Design Consultant (Engineer <br /> of Record), and Key Subcontractors (Key Firms) identified by the Design-Builder in its proposal in <br /> response to the Owner's Request for Proposals. The Key Firms are identified in Section 10.4 of <br /> the Contract. <br /> 1.2.19 Design-Builder is IMCO General Contractors. <br /> 1.2.20 Design-Builder's Contingency is defined or described in Section 7.6.2 of the Contract. <br /> 1.2.21 Design-Build Fee is defined or described in Section 7.4 of the Contract. <br /> 1.2.22 Design Builder's Representative is defined or described in Section 10.2.2 of the Contract. <br /> 1.2.23 Design Builder's Senior Representative is defined or described in Section 10.2.1 of the <br /> Contract. <br /> 1.2.24 Design Consultant or Engineer of Record is a qualified, licensed design professional <br /> employed or retained to furnish design services required under the Contract Documents. A Design <br /> Sub-Consultant is a qualified, licensed design professional who is not an employee of the Design <br /> Consultant, but is retained by the Design Consultant or employed or retained by anyone under <br /> contract to Design Consultant, to furnish design services required under the Contract Documents. <br /> The Engineer of Record shall be a professional engineer licensed in the state of Washington. <br /> 1.2.25 Differing Site Conditions is defined or described in Section 4.2.1 of these General <br /> Conditions of Contract. <br /> 1.2.26 Electronic Data is defined or described in Section 12.1.1 of these General Conditions of <br /> Contract. <br /> 1.2.27 Final Application for Payment is defined or described in Section 6.7 of these General <br /> Conditions of Contract and 8.4 of the Contract. <br /> 1.2.28 Final Completion is the date on which all Work, except for warranties, is complete in <br /> accordance with the Contract Documents, including but not limited to, any items identified in the <br /> punch list and the submission of all documents set forth in Section 6.7.2 of these General <br /> Conditions of Contract. <br /> 1.2.29 Force Majeure Events are unanticipated events that are beyond the control of both Design- <br /> Builder and Owner, including the events of war, floods, national or regional labor disputes (but not <br /> labor disputes involving Design-Builder), earthquakes, pandemics, epidemics, adverse weather <br /> conditions not reasonably anticipated, and other acts of God.
