Exhibit B <br /> PROGRAM FEES <br /> The Tennis Program will provide a deposit in an amount mutually agreed upon by both parties. The deposit will reflect <br /> the anticipated fee to be paid to the City by the Tennis Program for the first tennis program played. <br /> The Tennis Program will pay the City 25%(twenty-five percent) of all registration fees for use of the Tennis Courts as <br /> designated within the Agreement and as listed in Exhibit A(Schedule of Tennis Court Use). <br /> The fees collected will be based on the number of teams and individual players registered in the Tennis Program <br /> The Tennis Program will pay the City 100%of fees within 30 days of being invoiced. <br /> The Tennis Program will provide a registration summary to the City at the time of payment. <br /> Failure to pay the City may result in suspension of games and/or termination of the Agreement. <br />
