^14 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3226 . <br /> • <br /> AN ORDINANCE fixing the amount of bonds to be given by <br /> certain officials of the City of Everett for the faithful performance <br /> of their duties, repealing Ordinance No. 3145 of the City of Everett : <br /> and declaring an emergency. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That each of the following officers or <br /> employees of the City of Everett is hereby required to give bond to <br /> the City of Everett, conditioned that he shall pay over all funds <br /> received by him or by anyone under his direction, and shall faithfully <br /> perform his duty. Tjhe amount of bond for each officer shall be as <br /> follows: <br /> City Treasurer $50,000.00 <br /> Deputy City Treasurer 5,000.00 <br /> Asst. Deputy City Treasurer 5,000.00 <br /> Clerk-Stenographer, Treasurer's office 2,000,00 <br /> Cashier of Water Department. . . 1,000.00 <br /> Asst. Cashier of eater Department 1,000.00 <br /> Clergy, Police Court 1,000.00 <br /> City Clerk 1,000.00 <br /> Deputy City Clerk 1,000.00 <br /> Chief of Fire Department 1,000.00 <br /> Chief of Police Department 1,000.00 <br /> Pound Master 1,000.00 <br /> License inspector 1,000.00 <br /> Meat inspector 1,000.00 <br /> Parking Meter Man 1,000,00 <br /> Golf Professional, Park Department 1,000.00 <br /> Asst.
