I. • <br /> 4 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3228 <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and <br /> assessment roll of Local Improvement uistrict No. 603 for the <br /> improvement of the alley in Bloc_( 490, Plat of Everett, being the <br /> alley between Colby Avenue and oletmore Avenue from 23rd Street to <br /> 24th Street, by the construction of a Portland cement concrete <br /> pavement, full width of alley and by doing all work necessary to <br /> make a complete improvement, under Ordinance No. 3193 of the 'ity <br /> of Everett; levying an assessment on account thereof against the <br /> several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown <br /> on said roll; providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and <br /> fixing the date of issue thereof. <br /> THE CITY OF LVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of <br /> Local Improvement Listrict No. 603 for the improvement of the alley <br /> in Block 490, Plat of Everett, being the alley between Colby avenue <br /> and Wetmore Avenue from 23rd Street to 24th Street, by the construc- <br /> tion of a Portland cement concrete pavement, full width of alley, <br /> and by doing all work necessary to make a complete improvement, unc.er <br /> Ordinance No. 3193 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, <br /> be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of <br /> land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially <br /> benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against <br /> the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in <br /> proportion to the assessment appearing upon said roll, and that there <br /> is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract and parcel <br /> of land, or other property appearing on said roll, in the amount <br /> finally charged against the same. <br /> Section 3: That the day of March. , 1949, is <br /> hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to <br /> be issued on account of said improvement. <br /> Section 4: That the City of Everett may sell said bonds <br /> and make payments in cash in the manner provided by the ordinances <br /> of said City. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> %/a <br /> C ' yUlerk <br /> Passed: January 11 , 1949 • <br /> Published: " 12 . 191,9 0 <br />
