r <br />�� <br />r <br />Hoglunds Top Shop <br />Drainage SNdy <br />]une 23,2008 <br />DEVELOPED SITE CONDITIONS <br />The proposed project will replace gravel pazking area and three sheds with a new <br />commercial building and an incremental increase in the available asphalt pazking. <br />Specifics of the azeas to be improv�d aze included in following pages. Existing pazking <br />azea will remain but some adjustments in the configuration will be made azound the <br />perimeter. The site is currently without a positive connection to the Drainage <br />Conveyancc. According to the Ciry of Everett, the existing pavement will begin to <br />contribute pollutants to the storm system afier development. The City staff indicates that <br />the pies in question drair. not lo the combined storm system but to Pigeon Creek #1. <br />Therefore, water quality treatment of the 6-month developed storm will be required. <br />Storm drain CB's will be added with a 12" pipe connection to the exis6ng City Storm <br />Drain. <br />WATER QUALITY AND TESC METHODS PROPOSED <br />Type of water y��ality measure(s) proposed: <br />i_ Z. <br />I <br />DOE Standazd erosion control BMP's will be designed a't the detailed ��tic <br />consiruction plan stage such as mulch, seed, hay bales, sediment uaps, p <br />sheeting, sediment traps and TESC entrances to control construction runoff, as <br />required. <br />T4ulching and other winter soil management techniques will be specified in the <br />construction plans. <br />
