ORDINANCE NO. 3229 . <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and <br /> assessment roll of Local Improvement District -o. 605 for the <br /> improvement of Rockefeller Avenue from 5th Street to Alverson <br /> Boulevard, Alverson Boulevard from the junction of Rockefeller <br /> Avenue and Alverson Boulevard to approximately 515 feet north of the <br /> north line of Marine Park Addition; a right of way across Legion <br /> Memorial Park from Alverson Boulevard to the Everett Municipal <br /> Golf Course Club house, by the construction of sewers together with <br /> the necessary appurtenances, providing for the necessary surface <br /> drainage and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection <br /> therewith to make a complete improvement, under Ordinance No. 3196 <br /> of the City of Everett; levying an assessment on account thereof <br /> against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other <br /> property as shown on said roll; providing for the issuance of <br /> bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue thereof. <br /> T E CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of <br /> Local Improvement District No. 605 for the improvement of hockefeller <br /> Avenue from 5th Street to Alverson Boulevard, Alverson Boulevard <br /> from the junction of Rockefeller Avenue and Alverson Boulevard to <br /> approximately 515 feet north of the north line of marine Park <br /> Addition; a right of way across Legion Memorial Pars from Alverson <br /> Boulevard to the Everett i Municipal Golf Course Club House, by the <br /> construction of sewers together with the necessary appurtenances, <br /> providing for the necessary surface drainage and doing such other <br /> work as may be necessary in connection therewith to make a complete <br /> improvement, under Ordinance No. 3196 of the City of Everett, as <br /> the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things <br /> approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts ana parcels of <br /> land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially <br /> benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against <br /> the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in <br /> proportion to the assessment appearing upon said roll, and that <br /> there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract and <br /> parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll, in the <br /> amount finally charged against the same. <br /> Section 3: That the 1 )tti day of : arch , 1949 is <br /> hereby fixed as the date of the i suance of t5e oonds required to <br /> be issued on account of said improvement. <br /> Section 4: That the City of Everett may sell said bonds <br /> and make payments in cash in the manner provided by the ordinances <br /> of said City. <br /> 2`-: . <br /> Mayor <br /> Attest: <br /> 0'04 .44Wo <br /> (•ity Clerk <br /> passed: Jan . 18th, 1949 . <br /> Published: Jan . 19th , 194' <br /> 6 <br />
