ORDINANCE NO. 3230. <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving ana confirming the assessment and <br /> assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 607 for the <br /> improvement of 32nd Street from Colby Avenue to Hoyt Avenue by the <br /> construction of a i'ortland cement concrete pavement with integral <br /> curbs, the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, water mains <br /> and hydrants with necessary appurtenances, the construction or <br /> reconstruction of concrete sidewalks where necessary by providing <br /> the necessary surface drainage and doing such other work as may be <br /> necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No . 3207 <br /> of the City of Everett; levying an assessment on account thereof <br /> against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other <br /> property as shown on saia roll; providing for the issuance of <br /> bonds therefor, and fixing the gate of issue thereof. <br /> TEE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of <br /> Local Improvement District No. 607 for the improvement of 32nd <br /> Street from Colby Avenue to Hoyt Avenue by the construction of a <br /> "ortland cement concrete pavement with integral curbs, the <br /> construction or reconstruction of all sewer, water mains and hydrants <br /> with necessary appurtenances, the construction or reconstruction of <br /> concrete sidewalks where necessary by proviaing the necessary <br /> surface drainage and doing such other work as may be necessary to <br /> make a complete improvement, under Ordinance No. 3207 of the Uity <br /> of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in <br /> all things approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels <br /> of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially <br /> benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against <br /> the same and that the assessment appearing against the same is in <br /> proportion to the assessment appearing upon said roll, and that <br /> there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract and <br /> parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roil, in the <br /> amount finally charged against the same. <br /> /IA a, <br /> Section 3: That the 15th day of March , 1949, is <br /> hereby fixed as the date of the 17Tag.nce of the bonds regtred to be <br /> issued on account of said i_ paovement. <br /> Section 4: That the sum charged against each lot, <br /> tract and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of such <br /> sum, may be paid during the thirty-day period following the date of <br /> first publication by the 'Treasurer that such assessment roll has been <br /> placed in his hands for collection. <br /> Section 5: That the City of Everett may sell said bongs <br /> and make payments in cash in the manner proviaed by the ordinances <br /> of said City. <br /> • <br /> 14la yo r <br /> Attest: <br /> i W/Laylerk <br /> ' <br /> frPe <br /> Passed: January 25t1''., 1949 . <br /> Published: January 26th , 1949 . <br />
