AN ORnJINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local improvement J.-' strict No. 586 for the improve- ment of Lombard Avenue from 13th Street to 10th Street by paving with a Portland cement concrete pavement and from 10th Street to the Golf Course by paving with a bituminous pavement and including as a part of such work the construction of needed curbs and gutters, sidewalks, drainage, water mains and by doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improve- ment under Ordinance No. 3138 of the City of L.verett; levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and Lparcels of land or other property as shown on said roll; providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue thereof. THE CITY OF EVIILLTT DOES ORDAIN : Section 1 : That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement istrict No. 586 for the improvement of Lombard nvenue fron 13th i'Jtreet to 10th Street by paving with a rortland cement concrete pavement and from 10th 6treet to the Golf Uourse by paving with a bituminous pavement and including as a part of such work the construction of needed curbs and gutters, sidewalks, drainage, water mains and by doing such other work as may be neces- sary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement, under Ordinance No. 3138 of the Uity of Everett, as the same now stands, b ., and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially c benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged again the same and that the assessment appearing against the same is in t proportion to the assessment appearing upon said roll, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract ana parcel. of land, or other property appearing upon said roll, in the amount finally charged against the same. section 3: That the llth day of April 1949, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to bel issued on account of said improvement. section 4: That the sum chalked against each lot, tract and Parcel of land and other property, or any portion oi such I sum, may be paid during the thirty-day period following the date of first publication by the treasurer that such assessment roll has been placed in his hands for collection.
