. 1 ORDINANCE NO. 3239. AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local improvement District No. 596 for the im- provement of 36th Street from Wetmore Avenue to Droadway by the construction of a Portland cement concrete pavement with integral curbs, construction of concrete sidewalks where necessary, installa- tion of necessary drainage, making necessary water main changes and necessary sidewalk, curb and alley crossing replacements and by doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement, under Ordinance No. 3177 of the City of Everett; levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll; providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue thereof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 596 for the improvement of 36th street from wetmore Avenue to Broadway by the construction of a Portland cement concrete pavement with integral curbs, construction of concrete sidewalks where necessary, installation of necessary drainage, making necessary water main changes and necessary sidewalk, curb and alley crossing replacements and by doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement, under Ordinance No. 3177 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same. Section 3: that the 16th day of i�iav , 1949 is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued on account of said improvement. Section 4: That the sum charged against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of such sum, may be paid during the thirty-day period following the date of first publication by the Treasurer that such assessment roll has been placed in his hands for collection.
