. ORDINANCE NO. MO 3242. AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of £local Improvement Listrict No. 587 for the im- provement of 34th Street from Snohomish Avenue to Kromer Avenue, Bell Avenue from 34th Street to 35th Street, Tulalip Avenue from 33rd Street to 34th Street, Niles Avenue from Laurel Drive to Tulalip Avenue, and Kromer Avenue from 33rd Street to 35th Street, by the construction of a Portland cement concrete pavement, necessary sidewalks„ installation of necessary water mains, and by doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement, under: Ordinance No. 3143 of the City of Everett; levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll; providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue thereof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of 1 Local Improvement District IA°. 587 for the improvement of 34th Street from Snohomish Avenue to Kromer Avenue, Bell Avenue from 34th Street`. to 35th S treet, Tulalip Avenue from 33rd Street to 34th Street, Niles Avenue from Laurel Drive to Tulalip Avenue, and Kromer Avenue from 33rd Street to 35th Street, by the construction of a Portland cement concrete pavement, necessary sidewalks, installation of necessary water mains, and by doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement, under Ordinance No. 3143 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2 : That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same. Section 3: That the 1st day o June , 1949 is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued on account of said improvement. Section 4: That the sum charged against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of such sum, may be paid during the thirty-day period following the date of first publication by the Treasurer that such assessment roll has been placed in his hands for collection. Section 5: That the City of Everett may sell said bonds and make payments in cash in the manner provided by the ordinances of said city. Mayor Attest: Ci Clerk Passed: April 12th , 1949.
