Please review the enciosed report. Previously, you signed the eack�vater Valve Authorization Form aulhcrizing the Ciry to install a backwater valve at your property. Based on �he inspection report, we are proceeding vaith � the installation. The City's contraclor, Welwes[Construcbon, wiil be contading you in February to schedule the r+ork. This will requi:e some excavation on your property. The City wil! �rovide you on-site training on the operalion and m�intenance of the backwater valve. Plaintenance of the valvc and lhe plumbing, sewer, and dreinage on your propeiiy are your responsibility.
