This would also ensure a sealed sewer system and help prevent any odors from the side sewer <br /> entering the building. <br /> 2)Roof Drainage: 6 total downspouts all to splash blocks <br /> 3)Internal Plumbing:All plumbing is up to code <br /> 4) Side Sewer Improvements: Private sewer is PVC and 67' in length. Clean out access in basement by <br /> sewage ejector pump. <br />
