Therefore <br /> the house is not protected from a sewer surcharge event. <br /> Suggested Solution: Replace backwater valve at existing location(see sketch and photos). <br /> 2) The side sewer is flat for the first 10' after leaving the house footprint. Also, the side sewer shows <br /> signs of wear. There is an apparently abandoned downspout connection tie in approximately 3'-8' from <br /> the building footprint. <br /> Suggested Solution: Replace or possibly reline side sewer <br />
