Their findings <br /> indicate that installing a backwater valve would be benefitial, Please rnview the enciosed <br /> report. <br /> � <br /> Previously, you signed the Backwater Valve Authorization Form authorizing the City to install <br /> a backwater valve at your property. Based on the inspedion report, we are proceeding with <br /> the installation. The City's contractor, hrcher Construction, H�iil be conta�ting you in late <br /> November to schedule the work. This will require some excavalion on your property. � <br /> I <br /> The City will provide you on-site training on the operation and maintenance of the backwater I <br /> valve. hiaintenance of the valve and the plumbing, sewer, and drainage on your property are <br /> your responsibility.
