VALUES ARE BASED ON HEM —FIR <br />NO. 2 FRAMING WITH COMMON NAILS. <br />5. HOLDOWNS AND OTHER CONNECTIONS MAY BE REQUIRED AT THE ENDS OF MANY <br />SHEARWALLS. SIZES AND LOCATIONS OF THESE CONNECTORS ARE INDICATED ON THE PLANS. <br />REFER TO THE APPROPRIATE DETAILS AND/OR HOLDOWN SCHEDULE FOR ADDITIONAL <br />INFORMATION REGARDING ANCHOR BOLTS, EMBEDMENT LENGTH, ETC.
