Exhibit A — Wood Environment PSA Amendment 2 <br /> Wood Environment and Infrastructure Solutions Inc. will provide Environmental Professional <br /> support services including Archeological survey reports and field work, biological <br /> assessments/evaluations; habitat management plans; biological surveys in uplands, streams, <br /> wetland identification and delineations; and support; emergency action plans; cultural resource <br /> assessments; and miscellaneous related environmental and natural resources services. These <br /> services are performed for Environmental Compliance. <br /> Public Works project workload includes: <br /> • Archeological field work for the 42" POE Combined Sewer Main construction project. <br /> • Archeological field work for several modular wetland installation projects near West <br /> Marine View Drive that will be funded through a Grant from the Washington State <br /> Department of Ecology. <br /> • Revisions to the permitting documents for the Diking District 5 Downstream Dike <br /> Repair Project, which protects critical public infrastructure. <br /> • Multiple River Point outfall replacement projects that outfall to the Snohomish <br /> River. <br /> • On-call environmental support services. <br /> 4/13/20225/11/2022 <br />
