In April. <br />2014 lhe Cily's contractur inslal lcd a bxck��•atcr valve on thc side sewcr scrving the residenti�l Itouse at <br />806 33N Street. Throughout this time period you have expressed conccrns about groundwater entering <br />your basemcnt, and hnw ilie City's projects could possibly affect the youndwa[er table in your arca. <br />The l:ity has responded to your concerns via multiple site visit� and inspections over this time. The <br />infiirniation gathered during these inspections inilicutes that the property at 306 33�d S�iCC( I185 Illti(OrICBIIy <br />had groundwater infiltration into the basement. The City does not believe that these goundwatcr concems <br />havc been exncerbared by an}' of thc City sewcr projects in Uiis arca. <br />The house a�1s built with a concrete chnnnel around the perimeter of the hasement designed to collect <br />gmundw.rtcr cnlcriug thc bascmcut and convey iL to u drain. Additionally a sump pump had bccn instnllcd <br />al O�c propert�� previously t<� mitigatc the groundwater issue. fiawever, thi; su�ny puntp system has since <br />bcen removcd.
