EVENT FEE In consideration or the rights grantee to Licensee and/or services provided ey Licensee under the Agreement,Licensee shall ply to Licensor the following fees (collectively the'Event Fee'): Submission of Payments Make checks payable to Bliaton Everett LLC- and send them to the following address' c/o Umooua Bank 4040.MacArthur Blvd,Suite 100 Naweort Beach CA 9 660 2, EVENT ELEMENTS Licensee will bring reprasenlatives to the shopping canter to encourage community members to apply for the Everett Police Department.Licensee will provide same giveaway items for the fair,The Licensee must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines implemented by the authorities having jurisdiction where the property is located as a result of the novel eoronavirue(COVID-19)pandemic.These laws and guidelines may include,but are not limited to,the use of personal protective equipment anchor face coverings and following social distancing guidelines throughout the duration of the event,Including set up and take down, J. SERVICES PROVIDED BY LICENSOR Licensor will assist with marketing promotions and will provide giveaway Items.Licensor will provide tables and chairs as needed. 4. EVENT HOURS Saturday,June 25th,2022 from 11am-3pm. 5, EVENT SET UP AND TAKE DOWN SCHEDULE AND REQUIREMENTS Lrcensor to place out tables and chairs before the fair,Licensor will remove the tables and chairs at the conclusion of the event. 6. OPERATING RULES let You must observe and comply with all laws,ordinances,ales,regulations and code requirements applicable to the Event Location or the Event. (hi You shall procure and keep in lull force and effect,at Your sole colt and expense,from governmental authondes having jurisdiction over the Shopping Center(s),any and all licenses.permits,bonds or other authorizations necessary to conduct the Even!as contemplated under this Agreement,You must notify us immediately)I Yau fail to obtain the required permits and licenses prior to centmenrcemenl of the Event.A copy of any required permits or licenses shall be provided Ic Us ten(10)days prior to commencement of the Event. Ikl All garbage and trash must be stored in an adequate,sanitary,c csed container,not visible to the public,within the Event Location or the Shopping Center as directed by Us. In) You shall furnish and pay for all labor needed to set up and take down displays,if any. fel You must furnish all display fixtures,the design,size,and euantity of which will be subject to Cur prior written approval. Display fixtures must be of professional quality,wee designed and maintained,and must be aesthetically complementary to the surroundings In the Shopping Center.
