<br /> in Everett Land Company 's First Addition to Everett, and J. S. Sines
<br /> Acre Tracts, and naming; certain u.n-named streets located in J. S.
<br /> Sines Acre Tracts.
<br /> THE CITY OF NV AILTT DOES ORDAIN:
<br /> Section 1: That the entire length of McDougall Street
<br /> in J. S. Sines Acre Tracts be renamed McDougall Avenue.
<br /> Section 2: That the entire length of the unnamed street
<br /> ; in J. S. Sines Acre Tracts bounded on the west by Union Addition to
<br /> Everett, Blocks 10, 21, 24, 34 and 37, J. S. Sines Acre Tracts, ` and
<br /> on the east by blocks 6, 11, 20, 25, 33 and 38, J. S. Sines Acre
<br /> , Tracts be named Paine Avenue.
<br /> Section 3: That Paine :avenue, in the Fiat of The Everett
<br /> ;. Land Company 's First Addition to Everett from 32nd Street north to
<br /> ;; ball Street be renamed Smith Avenue.
<br /> Section 4: That the entire length of the unnamed street
<br /> in J. S. Sines Acre Tracts bounded on the west by blocks 6, 11, 20,
<br /> 25, 33 and 38, J. S. Sines Acre Tracts and on the east by blocks
<br /> 5, 12, 19, 23, 32 and 39, J. S. Sines Acre Tracts be named Smith
<br /> Avenue.
<br /> Section 5: That the entire length thkv,lannamed street'
<br /> in J. S. Sines Acre Tracts bounded on the .-north by blocks 9, 10, 11,
<br /> 12, 43, 13, 14 and 15, J . S. Sines Acre Tracts and on the south by
