ORDINANCE NJ. 3219 . <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 1242, entitled, <br /> "An ordinance granting to the Chicago, Milwaukee and Puget Sound <br /> Railway Company, its successors and assigns, the right to construct, <br /> maintain and operate railway tracks in, over and across certain <br /> streets, avenues and alleys in the City of Everett, Snohomish <br /> County, 'bashington, together with all telegraph and telephone lines <br /> and appurtenances necessary or convenient in the operation of said <br /> tracks, " approved December 6, 1910, as amended byOrdinance No . 1250 <br /> pp , <br /> approved January 4, 1911. <br /> ThE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1242, entitled, <br /> "An Ordinance granting to the chicago, Milwaukee <br /> and Puget Sound Railway Company, its successors and <br /> assigns, the right to construct, maintain and operate <br /> railway tracks in, over and across certain streets, <br /> avenues and alleys in the City of Everett, Snohomish <br /> County, Ivashington, together with all telegraph and <br /> telephone lines and appurtenances necessary or <br /> convenient in the operation of said tracks, " <br /> approved December 6, 1910, is hereby amended so as to read as <br /> follows: <br /> "Section 2: The streets, avenues and alleys of <br /> the said City of Everett, in, over and, across which <br /> the construction, maintenance and operation of <br /> railway tracks are hereby authorized, are described <br /> as follows, to-wit: <br /> "All those portions of Thirty-second Street, <br /> Thirty-third Street, Thirty-sixth Street, <br /> Thirty-seventh Street and Thirty-eighth Street, <br /> lying between the easterly line of McDougall <br /> Street, projected across said intersecting <br /> streets, and the westerly lines of the alleys <br /> in block seven hundred forty-three (743), <br /> seven hundred sixty-one (761) and seven hundred <br /> ninety-seven (797) in Everett Lana Company 's <br /> Pirst Addition to Everett, and thevtesterly <br /> lines of the alleys in blocks seven (7) , ten <br /> (10) and twenty-one (21) in Union Addition to <br /> Everett, respectively produced across said <br /> intersecting streets ; the north half of the <br /> alley in block twenty-four (24) in Sines Acre <br /> Tracts ; Thirty-ninth and Paine Streets, at and <br /> near their intersection; the alley between Smith <br /> and Paine Streets and Thirty-ninth and Fortieth <br /> Streets and Fortieth Street between the west line <br /> -1 <br />
