t ORDINANCE NO. 3213 i AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District 573 for the improvel- ment of the alley east of Terrace Drive from 43rd Street to 44th Street by the construction of an 8 inch sewer together with the necessary apputtenances and by doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 3186 of the City of Everett; levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll; providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, ana fixing the date of issue thereof. THE CITY OF EVERET T DOES OiDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment andassessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 573 for the improvement of the alley east of Terrace Drive from 43rd Street to 44th Street by the construction of an 8 inch sewer together with the necessary apput- tenances and by doing such other work as may be necessary in con- nection therewith to make a complete Lmprovement under Ordinance No. 3186 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. i Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels 1 of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially benefited by said improvement ir} at least the amount charged against the same and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the assessment appearing upon said roll, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll, in the amount fin441; charged against the same. . r; t,,. i p Section 3: That the 5th day of November , 1948' is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required g to be issued on account of said improvement. i Section 4: That the sum charged against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of such sum, I may be paid during the thirty-day period following the date of first; publication by the Treasurer that such assessment roll has been placed in his hands for collection. Section 5: That the City of Everett may sell said bonds and make payments in cash in the manner provided by the ordinances of said City. /I' .
