These comments address building issues only. <br /> Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments including Public Works, <br /> Planning, and Fire. <br /> Code citations provided in the following review comments reference the Everett Municipal Code <br /> (EMC), the 2018 International Building Code (IBC), and the 2018 International Mechanical Code <br /> (IMC). Additional reference standards are listed in IBC Chapter 35.
