Levi,
Just had a chance to sit down and get this out to you.
Due to the nature of the flood into your facility and the porosity of your astroturf mats
throughout, cleaning them would be very problematic. They are very dense with a foam core
and our cleaning process and disinfectants cant be guaranteed to get into it all and clean it
properly.
Because of that the only course of action I would recommend is replacement.
Please let me know if and when you would like us to start on your loss. We are ready when you
are.
On Thu, Sep 5, 2013 at 10:03 AM, Jason Weigel <Jason@servprocentralseattle.com> wrote:
Levi,
Firstly,
Water coming from outside is considered a contaminated source. Its bringing in all kinds of
biological and chemical contaminates from the street. This has then been allowed to sit, soaked
into several areas of the building. Most of the structure can be cleaned and treated, however
the drywall can not as it is to porous to do so. The longer it sits the the higher the concern with
any kind of biological growth, namely mold.
Because of this I recommend the coarse laid out In the estimate be followed at a minimum.
Please find an estimate for service. Its based around a three day dry out and removal of a good
portion of drywall.
The actual service will change because it may take more than 3 days to get all the moisture out
or it may take less. As well as not all walls are wet with in the affected area, so that number
should go down.
This should give you an idea of what is needed.
Please let me know if I can help further.
Jason Weigel I Project Manager
Cell 206-423-2407 1 lason@servprocentralseattle.com
