Attachment B <br /> On 8/29/2013 at about 6:00 PM,the sewer system in Everett failed and our street was flooded <br /> with a combination of storm water and raw sewage.The downstairs unit of our home,a <br /> finished basement which technically serves as"unit B"of our residence,was flooded with <br /> roughly one foot of water and sewage. Most everything in the unit has been deemed "non- <br /> salvageable"and all flooring, doors,cabinets, appliances and the bottom four feet of drywall <br /> has all been contaminated, requiring removal and replacement. <br /> An entire household of personal items have also been lost, including clothes,family photos, <br /> books, a family heirloom pool table,furniture, beds and bedding,ski gear,food, dishes, <br /> autographed photos with certificates of authenticity, electronics, a scrapbook started 35 years <br /> ago with first haircut lock of hair,elementary school art work and other such keepsakes, a <br /> baseball card collection from late 1980's, children's toys, etc. <br />
