Attachment B <br /> On 8/29/2013 at about 6:00 PM,the sewer system in Everett failed and our street was flooded <br /> with a combination of storm water and raw sewage.The downstairs unit of our home,a <br /> finished basement which technically serves as"unit B" of our residence,was flooded with <br /> roughly one foot of water and sewage.
