May be able to replace via pipe bursting, <br /> however, this has varied results. Side sewer has a really bad spot outside of foundation, <br /> marked with flag for homeowner. <br /> Any additional comments: <br /> • No backwater valve needed but side sewer is in poor condition <br /> Problems Identified <br /> 1) Side sewer is in poor condition. <br /> Solution: Replace side sewer via trenching. <br /> 2) House downspouts are connected to the side sewer.
