How many at risk plumbing fixtures below the road surface are there: 3; sink, washer,
floor drain.
How many down spouts are currently connected to the sewer: 0
Does side sewer have slope: yes 1%
Depth of side sewer 10ft from house: 6'1"
Sewer Report:
Material: PVC
Sewer Length: 58'
Condition: Newer
Explain: Newer install.
Any additional comments:
• Sewer is very flat in front yard only 1% grade, possibly less in some areas.
Problems Identified
1) Side sewer line is fairly flat. This does not appear to be causing problems now.
However, if problems arise in the future it could be replaced with a 2% grade.
Solution: Replace and re-grade if problems start to occur.
2) One downspout should be fixed, it is separated (see picture below)
Solution: Repair connection that dropped off.
3) No drain at back stairs (see picture below)
Solution: Add new drain or pump system if water gets in during heavy rain.
As-Built of Sewer and Plumbing
See attached drawing.
