Any additional comments: Side sewer in overall good condition <br /> Problems Identified <br /> 1) House is not protected from a sewer surcharge event. <br /> Solution: Install inside backwater valve at recommended location (see below sketch and pictures) <br /> 2)Outside stair drain is tied to side sewer downstream of proposed backwater valve.
