Marine View Drive <br /> A deluge right at rush hour left storm drains overwhelmed and caused urban flooding in many parts of <br /> Everett. Busses had a tough time at Everett station while Everett authorities asked drivers to avoid <br /> West Marine View Drive between Everett Avenue and Naval Station Everett due to flooding.
