Offsets at 62,65,66'. <br /> Recommend: Replacement either with trenching. <br /> Any additional comments: <br /> • Good thing there is an outside cleanout to snake the line. <br /> Problems Identified <br /> 1) No backwater valve to protect house from surcharge event <br /> Solution: Install backwater valve. In order for the backwater valve to function <br /> properly the belly from 17' to 39' will need to be repaired so that the side sewer does <br /> not hold water and debris that could get caught on the backwater valve. See <br /> problem identified #2. <br /> 2) Sewer has major belly (sag) from 17' to 39' <br /> Solution: Replace with excavation <br /> As-Built of Sewer and Plumbing <br /> See attached drawing. <br />
