May 4, 2022 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 p.m., <br /> May 4, 2022, Council President Stonecipher presiding. <br /> Upon roll call, it was found that Council Members Rhyne, Vogeli, Zarlingo, Tuohy, <br /> Fosse, Schwab, and Stonecipher were present. Mayor Franklin was excused. <br /> Council Member Schwab led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> On behalf of the City Council, Council Member Zarlingo acknowledged the original <br /> inhabitants of this place, the sduhubs people and their successors, the Tulalip <br /> Tribes. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> The minutes of April 27, 2022, were approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin was excused. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Deb Williams stated Council received no written comments, and there was one (1) <br /> member of the public who wished to speak. <br /> • Brock Howell: Agenda Item No. 6 — Call for Bids; and Smith Avenue <br /> shooting that occurred on May 3, 2022. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Comments and liaison reports were provided by Council Members Rhyne, Vogeli, <br /> Zarlingo,Tuohy, Fosse, Schwab, and Stonecipher. <br /> President Stonecipher reminded the public that the Wendt and Mayor's Arts <br /> Awards will be presented Thursday, May 12, 2022 at the Everett Performing Arts <br /> 1 <br />
